Shipping Policy

All CATTLEYA.Y handbags are handcrafted with care. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Shipping destinations: Bulgaria and European Union countries. All orders are dispatched from Bulgaria.

Delivery times:

• Bulgaria (Speedy): 1–2 business days after dispatch
• EU (Speedy / DPD): 3–7 business days after dispatch

Free shipping on all orders over €140. Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Orders within the EU are not subject to customs duties. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
