Return Eligibility We accept returns for exchange or store credit only, within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and with all original tags attached.

Handmade Products All CATTLEYA.Y pieces are handcrafted. Slight variations in texture, color, or detailing are not considered defects — they are part of the unique character of each piece.

Return Process To request a return, contact us at cattleya.luxeshop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted only after confirmation.

Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Each case is reviewed individually.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed as defective.

Store Credit & Exchanges Approved returns are issued as store credit (no expiry) or exchange for another item. We do not offer cash refunds.
