CATTLEYA.Y is a Bulgarian-based brand specializing in handcrafted handbags.
All products are designed and produced in Bulgaria and shipped within the European Union.

Products and Handmade Nature
All CATTLEYA.Y products are handmade or made-to-order.
Due to the artisanal nature of our process:
- slight variations in texture, color, or finish may occur
- such variations are considered a natural characteristic of handcrafted items and do not constitute a defect
Each piece is created with care and attention to detail.
Orders and Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping
- Orders are shipped from Bulgaria
- Delivery is available within the European Union
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on destination and courier
- 🇧🇬 Complimentary shipping on orders over €140 within Bulgaria
- 🇪🇺 Complimentary shipping on orders over €160 within the European Union
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to customs duties.
Any applicable local taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with EU regulations.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products:
- Cash refunds are not offered
- We may offer store credit or exchange, subject to approval
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- unused
- unworn
- in original condition
- with all original tags attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
Orders that are refused upon delivery or not collected from the courier are not considered standard returns.
In such cases, the original shipping cost and the return courier fees will be deducted from any issued store credit.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue.
Upon verification, we will offer an appropriate solution in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Personalized and Custom Orders
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of confirmed defects.
Liability
CATTLEYA.Y shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, force majeure events, or technical issues.
