Return

We accept returns for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and unworn
  
• In original condition
  
• With all original tags attached
  

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

All CATTLEYA.Y pieces are handcrafted.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in texture, color, or detailing are not considered defects, but part of the unique character of each piece.

To request a return, please contact us at orders@cattleyay.eu within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted only after confirmation.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Each case is reviewed individually before approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed as defective.

Approved returns are issued as:

• Store credit
  
• Or exchange for another item

Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

Orders that are refused upon delivery or not collected from the courier are not considered standard returns.

If a shipment is refused or remains unclaimed and is returned to us:

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we reserve the right to decline future orders at our discretion.
• For prepaid orders (paid by card), a refund will be issued once the item has been returned to us, with the original shipping cost and return courier fees deducted from the refunded amount.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return conditions.
