Are all CATTLEYA.Y bags handmade?
Yes. Every CATTLEYA.Y piece is handcrafted with care, attention to detail, and thoughtfully selected materials.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before dispatch, as each item is carefully handmade.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Bulgaria.
Do you ship within the European Union?
Yes, we ship to Bulgaria and all EU countries.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time for Bulgaria typically take 1-2 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times vary by destination and typically take 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Do you accept returns?
We accept exchanges or store credit only, within 14 days of delivery.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What condition must the item be in?
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
What about defective or damaged items?
Please contact us with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist you.
Are the bags exactly the same as in the photos?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, each piece may have slight variations — this is part of its uniqueness.
How should I care for my bag?
Care instructions are provided on each product page. We recommend gentle handling and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods supported by Shopify, including credit and debit cards.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted payment system.

What happens if I refuse or do not collect my order?
If an order is refused or not collected and is returned to us:
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders – we reserve the right to restrict future orders.
• For prepaid orders (paid by card) – the amount will be refunded, with the actual shipping and return costs deducted from the total.
